Some more improvment needed

This app is great and the new look and options are awesome. Nevertheless with this new version when sending the minutes of the meeting, the notes are attached as pdf and the text can be broken over couple of pages which sometime deletes part of the text and all the information are gone (title of the meeting, date, list of attendees, actions). Hence when you save the pdf, you miss these info and looses the nice formatting.
In the od verion, all the text was written on the body of the email which looked great and clear.

Only this part still needs to be fixed. I hope it will be done soon... Thanks.
