New version mess up important features

The new version of MeetingPad is bringing one nice new feature: sync with iOS reminders. Nice if it worked as expected. I am using reminders synced with iCloud as well as synced with Exchange.
The only way I have found to make MeetingPad sync with my Exchange iOS reminders is to turn of iCloud reminders each time I am to use MeetingPad :(
In addition to this problem, all my old, closed tasks in MeetingPad is counted on the Apps badge, so the badge shows I high number although no tasks are overdue!
Even worse, I have a meeting where I have two active tasks, while at the overall overview of tasks, I only have one.

Looks like the DB upgrade messed up a lot of my data :(

Im not sure if I can trust my important meetings to this app any more :(
