Meeting Pad App Reviews

App looks neat, but isnt that functional. The notes that you end up with are not able to be formatted (bold, underline etc) to be official meeting minutes. Plus the PDF that is emailed is an image, so you cant select text to edit it in another program. There also seems to be a glitch with the image function. And last, the meeting layout section, where you place attendees around the table only has a circular table. Who meets at round tables? I bet 90% of meetings are at rectangular tables. Not worth the money.

I have used note taking software of all types on the IPad. This is the one that is the most intuitive and has the most potential. I look forward to seeing future enhancements. Jim

I tried many apps to take meeting notes. This is a stand out among them. It has just enough features to keep it simple while taking notes. You dont want complex when in a meeting where you concentrate on the content and not the software. One area of improvement would be an enhanced keyboard which has arrow keys for curser placement, numbers above letters, and symbols that are used often in business, the %, $ and equivelents, + and =. Another key enhancement would be to have the audio synched to the entered text. All in all, my go to Meeting Pad ;-) Tony

This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for! This app is extremely intuitive, and took no time to get myself up and running! Bravo - this app has definately been well thought out! It is a Project Managers must-have for sure! Generating Minutes from my meeting notes has never been easier, includes action items in a well laid out table for quick and easy reference within the Minutes, all the while creating a really pleasing format that make the Minutes easy to read for my meeting attendees. Handy record feature allows the ability to record at will, good reference for later date. Lots of other great little features that leave me saying "oh, now thats smart, glad they thought of that" :) Nothing but positive things to say, love this app because it does everything I hoped it would do, and it does it well!

This is one of the best apps out there - if you write notes in a notepad and can never read what you wrote or cant find the action items then this is the app for you. Absolutely fantastic!

I have been using this app for some time. It has replaced my paper notepad at meeting. There is so many great feature in this app that will cover all you can ever need, Try it in your workflow, as I did, its worth it.

What a great way to organize a meeting - develop and email agenda to participants. Record attendance and even seating plan. Take minutes and instantly be able to attribute comments to participants. Develop action items and who is responsible. Record minutes and email instantly to participants. All in all a very useful app.

I love this app. Its exactly what I was looking for to better manage my meetings and actions. Love it.

This is very nice meeting record app. Developer has to add ability of icloud sync and some more better Stanning nice appearance of menus. Other than these it is very useful and practical.

Im really happy about it because it has a lot of performances and action list linked to the calendar is great! Never crashed right now.

Fantastic SW, very helpful to track actions and store minutes. It helped improve teams effectiveness dramatically. Definitely recommend it.

Great app but improvable by inserting: - PDF printing and signature option (really useful in important meeting) - drawings eraser - picture placement in the text editor.

The app workflow is clean and simple. All functions at the right place. The editor for notes, with style and bullets is fast and not take too much attention in writing while listening other attendee speaking. Sending the minute is simple and professional is the style of e-mail. Some issues with calendar integration but the support was excellent and helped me to address the problem successfully. If you want a complete meeting management app this is the one I bought after deep analysis in the App Store.

I started using this app and I thought I found a diamond in the rough, but unfortunately it has a bug that causes the app to crash! Its such a nice app, that I still trying to use in spite of the issue,but its frustrating. Please patch and fix!

I have gone through several meeting/note taking apps and this one is the best one so far. Love all the features. My only suggestion would be to add the ability to sort the meetings alphabetically. I recently upgraded to the new iPad and panicked when the app transferred without any of my past meetings in it. I contacted the developer and got a response the same day with easy to follow instructions on how to transfer the content. Great support!
